Global uncertainty seems to be hurting Japan's economy, which rebounded at a slower pace than expected in the third quarter, data showed last month. But while a number of analysts see a slowdown for the world's third largest economy this year, one Japan watcher still expects above-trend growth for 2012, even without any contribution from exports.
