S Korea's August exports rise less than expected

South Korean exports rose less than expected in August over a year earlier, data showed on Wednesday, adding to concerns that demand from the US and other major economies is cooling.
Overseas sales by Asia's fourth largest economy grew 29.6 percent to USD37.53 billion in August from a year earlier while imports rose 29.3 percent to USD35.45 billion, government data showed.
