Malaysia plans to add 100,000 Nepalis next year to over half a million already in the country, regaining its position as the top foreign employer of Nepalis, according to the Himalayan Times.

The English-language daily reported on Sunday that Malaysia will overtake Qatar as the top hiring destination for the South Asian country by offering salaries of around MYR1,000 (USD320) or NPR26,500 a month.
