Hong Kong-based international travel retailer DFS Group Limited will open a new-concept 45,000 square-foot store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong in 2012.
DFS and Hysan Development Company Limited have reached an agreement to open a new-concept 45,000 square-foot store offering the latest trends in beauty, fashion, watches and jewellery at Hysan Place, a new office and retail building under construction at 500 Hennessy Road in Causeway bay.
The new store concept designed by the DFS’s retailer experts will cater specifically to the Hysan Place shopper. While DFS will tap into its brand and service expertise, the new store will appeal more directly to the local Causeway Bay clientele.
The new store will be operated by DFS and is expected to open in the second quarter of 2012.
The under-construction building Hysan Place will provide premium offices and retail space in Causeway Bay, a popular commercial district in Hong Kong. It is designed by architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox and Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man.
