Commercial real estate services firm CBRE Group Inc. has been appointed as the sole agent for the leasing of the mid portion (eight floors) of Kowloon Commerce Centre (KCC) Tower 2, in Kwai Chung.
KCC Tower 2 has total gross floor area of the eight floors available for lease, with around 208,070 square feet by 26,000 square feet per floor. It is only a three-minute walk from the Kwai Hing MTR station and provides direct access to Central.
The building is also a US Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core and Shell v2009 Gold pre-certified project. It integrates key green building features that are increasingly in demand from major international and domestic occupiers.
Ian Stewart, Director of Office Services, CBRE said they have seen a steady demand for Grade A office premises in the area. Potential tenants could include multinationals, international trading companies, telecommunication carriers and consumer electronics.
