Chow Tai Fook, the largest jewellery and watch retailer in mainland China, announced earlier the opening of its 1,000th store on Qianmen Street – famed for being "China’s First Commercial Street" – in Beijing’s Chongwen District.
The flagship store is housed within two adjoining four-storey buildings, with over 28,000 square feet of floor space. It’s Chow Tai Fook’s largest location worldwide.
To celebrate the opening of its 1,000th store and reward customers for their support, Chow Tai Fook is introducing a promotion with prizes exceeding HKD100 million (USD12.9m) in total value at its locations in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
The Hong Kong jewellery retailer plans to expand its network to 2,000 stores by 2020.
