Indonesia's car sales expected to slow

Making estimates for annual business growth is considerably more difficult for Indonesian car producers this year.

The uncertainty pertaining to the recovery of the US and European economies remains the biggest obstacle to making forecasts, and the unpredictable outcome of the government’s plan to limit fuel subsidies has hardly helped.

One thing, however, is for sure – producers expect a slowdown to a single-digit growth for the entire industry.
