Landmark brings ‘Parisian Chic’ to HK this Christmas

It’s going to be a French-inspired Christmas spirit at the Landmark in Hong Kong this season as the luxury shopping destination adopts a ‘Parisian Chic’ theme for the holidays.

The Landmark will be transformed into a "mini Paris" through a special creative collaboration with celebrated French designer, author, and style icon Karl Lagerfeld supermodel muse, Ines de la Fressange.

Throughout Landmark’s 4 iconic buildings – Landmark Atrium, Landmark Alexandra, Landmark Chater and Landmark Prince’s – Paris-themed Christmas scenes will be set up.

“For over 30 years, Landmark has been an iconic location in Central and has a long-held tradition of transforming into a must-experience destination during Hong Kong’s festive season,” said Raymond Chow, Executive Director of Hongkong Land, in a news release.

A total of 160 Ines-inspired ‘figurines’ enrich the Parisian Christmas cityscape with festive moments and the spirit of traditional Christmases.

“It’s going to be a tiny, little Christmas in Paris, complete with Parisian figurine characters,” explained Ines. “I hope we have created a city atmosphere a bit like a toy or the kind of magical Christmas windows we peered into when we were children. There is nowhere like Paris at Christmas and I wanted to celebrate that in a very sweet, childlike and happy way."

The French festive theme will also be reflected throughout Landmark’s Christmas shopping experiences, along with traditional Christmas favourites across 208 fine stores and restaurants.
