UBM, together with the Food Science & Technology Association of Thailand, National Food Institute, Food Industry Club – The Federation of Thai Industries and the Thai Food Processors’ Association last week held Food ingredient Asia 2011.
The event was held on 21 – 23 September 2011 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok. M Gandhi, managing director of UBM Asia (Thailand) said: "Food ingredient Asia 2011 is showcasing more than 350 companies from 30 countries. In the last 2 years, attendance grew by 79 percent, making Fi Asia 2011 the biggest edition to date."
In addition to showcase of innovative food ingredients, Fi Asia 2011 also drives industrial management, brings the value chain together, and integrates science and technology with recent economic developments.
