CotaiJet assists over 3,000 Macao Dragon passengers in need

Following the announcement of the closing of Hong Kong budget ferry operator Macao Dragon last Wednesday, CotaiJet stepped in to assist over 3,400 passengers needing to travel from Thursday to Saturday (15-17 September).

The high-speed ferry service accepted ticketed passengers, as well as those with previously-purchased travel vouchers, on all CotaiJet routes between Hong Kong and Macao, subject to seating availability. Sailing frequencies were increased to meet the additional demand brought about by the unexpected cease of operations by Macao Dragon. A total of 3,424 tickets were redeemed during the three-day offer.
