JewelleryNetAsia to boost buyer-seller interaction

UBM Asia has announced the launch of a revamped version of the internet portal JewelleryNetAsia. The new version includes enhancements in content, search and browsing features.

"The revamp aims to increase online trade interactions between jewellery professionals," says Jerome Hainz, manager of eBusiness at UBM Asia. "Buyers can browse suppliers’ virtual showrooms or search for specific products. [The portal] also provides news and reports from our media partner, Jewellery News Asia."

"The ultimate goal is to transform JewelleryNetAsia into… an online community for the jewellery industry," he adds. "More interactive features such as blogs, discussion boards, videos and webinars will follow soon. In September we will launch JOC, the first Jewellery Online Conference."
