HK Chow Sang Sang's sales jump as customers double holiday spending

Sales at Hong Kong's jewellery retailer Chow Sang Sang jumped by up to 28 percent as customers almost doubled their average spending during the Lunar New Year holiday, the company said.
Sales in the first three days of the holiday, which began on 23 January, gained 25 percent to 28 percent from the period a year ago, Dennis Lau, a director of sales operations, said on Friday, without giving figures.
