Toy maker Hasbro asks computer manufacture Asus to rename and halt production of its transforming computer.

Hasbro and Asus are on a legal collision course as the computer-maker has refuses to back down over the branding of its Transformer Prime laptop/tablet hybrid.

Hasbro is demanding damages and an injunction on sales of the product until an agreement is reached between the two parties.
