ZALORA Malaysia launches dual language site

ZALORA Malaysia has launched a dual language site available for all online shoppers across Malaysia and Brunei in English and Malay.

"With the newly-added language options, shoppers are able to navigate over 600 brands and 30,000 products across apparel, shoes, accessories and beauty categories in their preferred language. This will definitely enhance our customer shopping experience; at the same time providing us with a great opportunity to reach out to more potential markets," said Giulio Xiloyannis, Marketing and Buying Director of ZALORA Malaysia.

Since its establishment barely a year and half ago, ZALORA has consistently worked on improving its shopping experience for customers. These initiatives include launching the iOS and Android app to provide a richer mobile shopping experience.

The online retailer also offers customers a variety of services such as ensuring secure online payment methods, providing a 30-day return policy and cash-on-delivery.

"Our goal is to constantly provide online shoppers with the simplest and most convenient access to on-trend and affordable fashion," Xiloyannis said.
