Burberry plans to open regional flagship store in HK's Pacific Place in 2Q12
British luxury brand Burberry plans to take over a major part of the space that speciality department store Lane Crawford currently occupies in Pacific Place in Admiralty.
Swire Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swire Pacific which owns the mall, said Burberry had committed to take up about 21,000 square feet over two storeys for its regional flagship store. It is expected to open in the second half of 2012.

Hong Kong department store chain Lane Crawford will celebrate its 160th anniversary on 2 December with a ceremony and a launch event at its flagship store at Hong Kong’s ifc mall. The event celebrates fashion and its playful expression of self through the theme Fashion Play.
Among the guests attending will be Lane Crawford’s top customers, leaders of Hong Kong’s business and social communities, and its international business partners. Lane Crawford will be collaborating with the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association.
